11’x15′ space enough for up to 3 people. Priced at $550 per month and rented with a 12 month term, exposed brick,  skylights, standard printing use, and 20 hours of scheduled conference room time.

Small Office

100 sqft furnished with room enough for 2 employees. Priced $350 per month, 12 month term. Furnished with desk and shelves, exposed brick, skylights, standard printing use, and 20 hours of scheduled conference room time.


Locally designed cubicles come with built in desk, filing cabinet, sliding doors, exposed brick, and 6′ 11″ walls.  Only $200 per month and comes with standard print use and 20 hours of scheduled conference room time.
